Our purpose

Who we are

Totistic supplies early childhood learning centers and crèches with educational toys, nursery equipment, and sensory development materials. Every product is selected for durability, developmental value, and full compliance with European safety regulations.

For early learning centers

We work with nursery managers and educators who need reliable, safe resources for group play and structured development. Our product range covers sensory mats, stacking toys, and activity gyms that withstand daily use in a classroom setting.

Durable equipment built for repeated handling

Safety-first sourcing

All items meet EN71 and other European safety standards. Materials are non-toxic, BPA-free, and tested for small parts. We only stock products that pass third-party lab checks before reaching your center.

Developmental value

Each toy targets a specific skill: fine motor control, tactile exploration, hand-eye coordination, or early shape recognition. Our catalog is curated by early childhood specialists, not by trends.

From a small nursery supply to a trusted early learning partner

Totistic began in 2014 when our founder, Anabel Murphy, noticed that local crèches struggled to find sensory toys that met both developmental goals and European safety standards. The first product — a set of textured play mats — was tested in three Dublin nurseries before we launched commercially. By 2017, we had supplied over 120 early learning centers across Ireland and the UK. The turning point came in 2019 when we introduced the Stack & Sort Eco Blocks, which became the best-selling wooden toy in our category for two consecutive years. Today, our catalog includes 47 products, all certified under EN71, and we partner with distributors in six European countries. Every decision — from material sourcing to packaging — is driven by the same question: does this help a child explore safely?
